Akiki’s Cigars journey began during the Lebanese civil war when Chaker Akiki and his sons, Tony Akiki, Emile Akiki, and Joseph Akiki, started selling cigars in Jounieh’s main square. With increased demand, they drove a mobile van around Beirut which they then turned into a permanent store in Jounieh. Years passed as the business flourished and created a complementary structure of wholesale distribution and retail stores, offering the availability of all brands to different consumers.

Today, Akiki's Cigars owns three principal retail locations, situated in Jounieh, Kaslik, and Downtown Beirut, as well as a wholesale establishment located in Nahr Ibrahim. These establishments proffer a comprehensive assortment of premium tobacco products, meticulously selected from various corners of the globe. Having amassed extensive expertise in the art of cigar making, the company has established its own manufacturing plant in Honduras, namely Fabrica de Puros, where the finest tobacco plants are carefully handcrafted to produce a unique and exceptional blend of cigars.
